| TechKnowLogia is a Journal with worldwide readership
delivered
on the web. It is not merely a website. TechKnowLogia looks
and feels like a Journal. It is available to its readers via two online
versions - a browser version with search capability, and a PDF "hard copy"
version. The PDF version (with a hard copy layout), can be downloaded either
per article, or for the entire issue. Past Issues in both versions are
archived and can be searched, accessed or downloaded anytime. |

TechKnowLogia
has become a leading Journal in the field of technology for education and
learning. It is currently featured on hundreds of websites including
those of international development organizations, non-governmental organizations,
and educational institutions, to name a few. Additionally, much of
the Journal's content is being used as material in courses throughout colleges

into other languages.
TechKnowLogia
is issued quarterly to a special niche of readers, by way of FREE subscription.
Currently, there are over 14,000 individual and institutional subscribers,
including libraries. From a survey of the way our readers use the Journal
and share it with others, we estimate actual readership to be over 40,000.
With every new issue, an
email is sent to all registered and potential subscribers announcing the
new issue and including an annotated table of contents and a link to the
Journal.
TechKnowLogia
targets policy makers, strategists, practitioners and technologists at
local, national and global levels in every country of the world. Through
an aggressive outreach program and with the help of its collaborators,
